A clear Slovenian invoice shows supplier name, address, tax ID (and DDV ID when registered), unique number, date, customer, EUR lines, 22% DDV when charged, and euro total. Enter IDs in the supplier tax field.

/si is EUR + Slovenian DDV. Normirani s.p. sellers who do not charge DDV should open a no-tax layout instead of a cosmetic 0% line.

SI IBAN plus payment reference

Slovenian B2B pays by SEPA to an SI IBAN via NLB, NKBM, Sparkasse SI, UniCredit SI, Gorenjska banka, Delavska hranilnica, Addiko Bank SI, Banka Intesa Sanpaolo SI, Lon banka, Deželna banka Slovenije, SKB, Primorska hranilnica Vipava, BKS Bank SI or peer. Print IBAN, account holder matching the supplier, bank name, and require the invoice number as the payment reference — otherwise kreditori cannot match the inflow.

Card links help consumers on the coast; firms still expect the IBAN block. Prefer Net 15 / Net 30 written as calendar dates (DD.MM.YYYY).
