What to include on your invoice

Proformas look like invoices but should be labeled clearly as proforma. Include estimated quantities, prices, and Incoterms or delivery notes when used for international trade. Freelancers often use the same free generator (logo optional, no signup) for kickoff deposits.

When to use the Proforma Invoice Generator
