How to use this invoice template

  1. Complete From/To and line items in the browser.
  2. Add tax only if you charge it; keep the number unique.
  3. Download PDF and email it, or upload to the client’s AP portal.
  4. Archive a copy with your records — this PDF is not an official e-invoice channel.

What to include on your invoice

Electronic delivery still needs the same commercial fields as paper: parties, unique number, tax when due, and payment rails. State the period or PO so AP can match the file.
